What we mean by thinking along
Our basic understanding is the responsible and sustainable cooperation with our customers.
Our focus here is on the process of thinking along, which has been tried and tested since 2001:
LISTEN
IT departments often find it difficult to understand what the business departments need in terms of necessary system support, they often do not listen or do not listen properly. Our process of thinking along begins with intensive listening and gathering of requirements, both from the business and IT departments.
UNDERSTAND
As an objective external partner, we are neither “operationally blind” nor “operationally dusty” and approach the process in an open-ended and goal-oriented manner. We sort through our notes and analyze the wishes, using five W-questions: Why? What for? Who? How? Until when?

THINKING FORWARD
We keep an eye not only on the tree, but on the whole forest. We are interested in questions that deal, for example, with what will happen to the solution in the future. Mistakes can be avoided from the outset, as we know from many years of project experience where they often lie.
ADAPT
We check positive findings from the other projects for adaptability and incorporate usn know-how into the solution approach through knowledge transfer. Instead of exclusively from textbooks but from our practical project experience, we know what works and what does not.

THINKING
The last step in our thinking process consists of reflection. True to the motto “Reduce to the max”, we focus on the targeted added value for the company. Because often the functions that are not used later anyway are the trigger for failed projects.
