In her presentation, Lisa introduces the individual steps of the Behavioral Centered Change Process and uses examples from her everyday project work to show how behavior can be changed in a structured way.

In his crash course, Jan presents which work steps of the user-centered design process can be supported by AI and which aspects need to be considered when using AI tools. This is because each phase of user-centered design has its own challenges and the integration of UX design into development varies depending on the manufacturer and product. There is no clear answer to this diversity. However, there are criteria for selecting AI tools for user-centered design and principles for how AI can be integrated into our work processes in order to provide benefits for everyone involved.
