IT Project Manager (m/f/d) – focus on customized software solutions
We’re strongest when we work together as a team—that’s why we use a hybrid model, with at least three days a week spent on-site at our respective locations and two days working remotely on a flexible basis.
Your tasks
As an (in-house) IT project manager, you will support our team in exciting software projects for our national and international customers.
Your versatile field of activity includes, among other things:
- Project management of innovative software solutions
- Technical management of the software development teams with software architects, developers, testers and requirements engineers
- Business initiation, calculation, offer preparation
- Project management: coordination of deliveries (e.g. designs etc.) Resource planning, project controlling and reporting
- Taking on the product owner role within projects:
- Inclusion of requirements
- Co-conception of technical solutions
- Creation and maintenance of the product backlog, prioritization of tasks and sprint planning
- Sprint planning, execution, acceptance of completed tasks
- Quality assurance within the projects
- Further development of the project management methods used
Your profile
- Completed studies in the field of (business) informatics or comparable qualification
- Practical experience in project management of demanding software projects
- Experience with agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban
- Strong communication and conceptual skills
- Very good feel for customer needs
- Experience with enterprise IT infrastructure environments and tools is an advantage
- Experience as a product owner (PO) and in the conception of complex software projects is an advantage
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
In addition to your technical and professional expertise, you are characterized by social skills in the form of reliability, commitment and flexibility. You are able to actively listen and analyze customer requirements in a well-founded manner, and you have a high degree of independence as well as a strong ability to work in a team. Above all, you are a thinker.
